Italforni is glad to introduce to its customers a new range of industrial and laboratory melting kiln. The new kiln were re-designed and introduce remarkable variations in both external and internal structures : the output figures are therefore higher at lower consumption costs. 

The line of new industrial kiln ranges from 5.5 sqm up to 12 sqm. All the models can be equipped with tilting system. Production output varies from 8 to 18 tons per 24 hours. 

Consumption varies according to the type of kiln and - above all, according to the type of insulating material used. In general, the recorded consumption levels are of 2000 kcal per kg, up to maximum 2800 kcal per kg.

Kilns for laboratory use - as well as for small productions of special frit, are available in the types by 0.33 sqm, 1 sqm and 2 sqm. They are all equipped with tilting system and multi-layer removable barrages.
