ITALFORNI is
manufacturing roller kiln since seventies, being one of the kiln
manufacturers to which refer for this new and revolutionary type of
kiln. Differently from its concurrent
, ITALFORNI, besides the production of every type and size of ceramic
tiles, has extended roller kiln use to the firing of other products:
roller kiln to fire porcelain decorated tableware at 1320�C and standard
tableware, glass and gr�s porcellanato mosaic and for the thermal treatment
of different materials (metallic powder, marble, glass and resin products). ITALFORNI roller kiln qualities
can be found considering its temperature uniformity in the entire loading
section, the optimal thermal insulating and consequent low consumption, its
great flexibility in the use, the high resistance of thermal structures in
the time and, finally, the particular characteristic of the arch vault,
realized in the isolating/refractory wedges that make it unbreakable and
resistant to the thermal choc , allowing also frequent stops in the use of
the machine, without causing any problem to the vault integrity. ITALFORNI kiln are
normally equipped with a computer on board; the software is always studied in
relation with client and product exigencies. Computers are usually
equipped with a modem for tele-assistance; this innovative application is very
useful when the customer where is installed the kiln is quite distant from
our factory, to be able to operate, by the telephone, directly on kiln
computer, to give any type of technical assistance: from the solving of
problems to the assistance for usual operations of installing new programs,
modifying curves or other operations in relation with the product type of the
customer. |
