SLIDING PLATES KILNS
ITALFORNI is now one of
the only factories that manufacture sliding plates kiln, especially suitable
for little and medium productions of dishes and dinnerware of big dimensions,
pots, accessories, colouring oxides, ecc. ITALFORNI manufactures
this kiln “direct flame” or shuttle type; its main specifications, beyond its
eclecticness and simple managing, is the rapid and profitable economical
return that it produces. Its firing temperatures
are of max. 1200�C; the firing cycles may change in relation to the type of
product: between 6 and 24 hours or more. All sliding plates
kiln are normally provided of turn kiln line with loading and unloading
zones positioned in relation to the type of product to be fired. A PC with
sophisticated programs and a modem for tele-assistance is installed on this
kiln too. This control system
permits ITALFORNI to connect in case it is required for simple control or, if
necessary, for intervening from assistance offices on the kiln and on all
machinery installed at kiln service by changing machine programs, by
intervening on anomalies or simply to impose curves or change type of running
in conformity of the products to be fired. This function is very
important, above all, for those customer that are seated far from Italy. |
