1. every burner is complete of pilot with UV control managed by microprocessor;
2. the combustion plant is completely automatic thanks to the internal temperature detector and the microprocessor, that modulates proportionally air-gas flows;
3. temperature controlled by high precision optical instruments.

The range of industrial type melting kilns develops from 5,5 m2 until 12 m2 and more and productions changes from 8 to 21 Ton on 24 hours.
All models can be equipped with tilting system, especially suitable for:

1. check frit quantity and its stay inside the kiln;
2. find the right inclination of the tank according to frit viscosity;
3. avoid contamination, during formula change, between one frit and the other;
4. empty completely the kiln;
5. interrupt, in emergency case, frit melting.

The production includes also laboratory kilns or types for small productions of special frit, all complete with tilting and movable barrage with different levels.
