ITALFORNI is a company born
in 1960 by Eng. Leone PADOA, one of the “fathers” of the Italian ceramic and
pioneer between the manufacturers of kilns of the sector. Initially, in 1960, it was born as engineering
office for the design of kilns, successively it developed itself, producing
in its own factory machinery and plants for the ceramic, and, following the
inquiries of the market, it presented itself for the supply of complete
plants for all the ceramic sectors. During all these years of work the technical service
of engineering never missed : the optimal study in the solution of problems
proposed by the customers, bringing the company to a great success, has
constituted the main criteria for a wide experience in the different
and specialized sectors of ceramic, making ITALFORNI be able to offer a range
of products, kilns and plants with differents specifications (to follow the
customer’s exigencies) and with optimal quality. Thanks to the tenacity and the care for the
different producing technologies, ITALFORNI is now appreciated by its
customers for its attention in the study of the different problems in order
to obtain the best result, quality and quantity side, always considering the
economical aspect for the plants realization. A base point of ITALFORNI thinking is the taking
care of the environment and nature, to guarantee an optimal quality of the
future life. During last years, ITALFORNI, considering the
ecological aspect and without damages in its production and results, has
created machines and systems for the industrial recovery from the
differentiated collection, also thanks to customers help: in fact, it has
studied and realized different plants all over the world to recover the
recycled glass from urban waste, with which, using it alone or with a correct
mix of ceramic bodies, ITALFORNI has obtained high quality tiles. Always searching for new technologies to satisfy the
inquiries of the market and strongly occupied to reduce the inflow of
industrial combustion gases in the atmosphere (problem only theoretically,
but no practically faced), ITALFORNI, to give its help to keep the
environment healthful, has created 2 new series of burners for its kiln,
which, with their high performance, reduce the consumption, reducing in this
way the emission of burning products; another positive feature is given by
the diminution of the azoth oxidation in the combustion air (NOX). After this brief presentation and in consideration of the target we
