Tailor-made

Static chamber dryers for discontinuous production, used for drying a variety of ceramic and related products.

Unlike tunnel or belt versions, in this case the pieces to be dried remain stationary inside the chamber for the entire duration of the cycle, which occurs in separate batches. Loading occurs via trolleys, frames, or support surfaces on which the items are placed. Once the chamber is closed, a controlled thermal cycle begins, in which temperature and humidity are regulated according to a predefined program.

Heat recovery occurs from kiln cooling and allows for the recovery of large volumes of high-temperature air (even above 300°C).

Insulation is made with the most advanced, high-quality insulating materials.

Dryers can be equipped with integrated, high-efficiency electric heating elements, which serve as a primary or secondary heat source. The heating elements are powered by electricity from renewable sources, such as photovoltaic systems, wind power, or certified green grids, helping to reduce the environmental impact of the production process. Air is drawn in, heated by the heating elements, and evenly distributed throughout the drying chamber thanks to a forced ventilation system, ensuring homogeneous and controlled drying. The system is equipped with automatic temperature, humidity, and airflow controls, allowing for highly precise material processing. The use of renewable energy allows for a significant reduction in energy costs and CO₂ emissions, making the dryer ideal for sustainability-oriented companies.
