Heco 5.0 Series
The new HECO-5.0 series of intermittent kilns, designed by Italforni, was created to support customers in the transition to more sustainable ceramic production, in line with the principles of Industry 5.0.
- Operating temperature: up to 1300°C
- Self-regenerative burners: are equipped with a heat exchanger integrated within the burner body itself, which uses the heat from the combustion fumes to preheat the combustion air. This system reduces energy consumption and CO₂ and NOₓ emissions by up to 30% compared to using cold air.
- Layered insulation with eco-friendly ceramic fibres to minimize heat loss
