Thin bricks, widely used in the construction and architectural sectors for cladding and enhancing the aesthetics of surfaces, can be obtained through two different processes:

• Complete production line: the process starts from raw material processing and continues with wet forming, drying, and firing, up to end-of-line operations, ensuring a high-quality product fully compliant with market standards.
• Cutting and grinding line: alternatively, thin bricks can be produced from an already fired brick. Thanks to special cutting and grinding systems, the brick is transformed into a thin brick with precise dimensions and refined finishes, optimizing production time and costs.

With these two methods, we are able to provide flexible and customized solutions that adapt to different production needs while always ensuring maximum reliability. Each plant is designed with an integrated approach that guarantees efficiency, process continuity, and consistent quality of the finished product.
