Continuous or semi-continuous cycle dryers where the product to be treated cross one or more hot air recirculation zones via carts that advance on rails.

Tunnel dryers are used for the continuous or discontinuous drying of ceramic products, arranged on carts, boxes, frames, or baskets, which pass through a closed chamber where hot air circulates. They are widely used in the ceramics industry for drying tiles, bricks, sanitaryware, or shaped materials, immediately after shaping and before firing.

Heat recovery occurs from kiln cooling and allows for the recovery of large volumes of high-temperature air (even above 300°C).

Insulation is made with the most advanced, high-quality insulating materials.

Dryers can be equipped with integrated, high-efficiency electric heating elements, which serve as a primary or secondary heat source. The heating elements are powered by electricity from renewable sources, such as photovoltaic systems, wind power, or certified green grids, helping to reduce the environmental impact of the production process. Air is drawn in, heated by the heating elements, and evenly distributed throughout the drying chamber thanks to a forced ventilation system, ensuring homogeneous and controlled drying. The system is equipped with automatic temperature, humidity, and airflow controls, allowing for highly precise material processing. The use of renewable energy allows for a significant reduction in energy costs and CO₂ emissions, making the dryer ideal for sustainability-oriented companies.
